Extra Information
1) The LV Cost increase effect can be guarded by effects like Ultra Armor: Purple. However, even when summoning a Spirit with Ultra Armor: Purple, you need to put three cores on it first to establish the summon as LV cost is increased, then you can bring it down to two or less after it is summoned.
