Rulings Trivia 1) For this Nexus' LV2 effect, the owner sends the core from the Spirit that attacks to the Trash at the same timing as any (When Attacks) effect of that Spirit, and turn player would decide the priority. 2) If the number of cores on a Spirit becomes one after declaring an attack, it is still considered an attacking Spirit and unaffected by this Nexus' LV1 effect, as the attack is already established. The "first Seven Shogun" refers to The SevenShogun Pandemium.

Extra Information

1) For this Nexus' LV2 effect, Spirits/Ultimates that are unaffected by this Nexus' effect (e.g. Spirits with Heavy Armor: Purple ) can't attack at all, as the opponent can't send cores from them to Trash. 2) While both of this Nexus' effect are active, opposing Spirits/Ultimates with three cores on them can't attack, as the number of cores on the Spirit/Ultimate to attack would be brought to one via the LV2 effect when it actually attacks, and the attack is then invalid due to the LV1 effect. 3) While both of this Nexus' effect are active, opposing Spirits/Ultimates with two cores on them can't attack, nor can the opponent sends cores from those Spirits/Ultimates to the Trash via this Nexus' effect, since they can't declare an attack.
