1. If you have two cards left in your deck, you can still activate the Grand Field of this Grandwalker Nexus and send 3 cores from it to the Void. However, since it is a "by" effect and you can't accomplish the "draw one from deckbottom" and "discard two cards from decktop" at the same time, the entire effect won't resolve.
