Rulings

1) For the (When Attacks) effect of this Spirit, as long as the Burst condition has [ After an Opposing Spirit's (When Summoned) effect resolves ], or [ After an Opposing Brave's (When Summoned) effect resolve ], it can be activated. i.e. Burst cards with condition: [ After an opposing Spirit's (When Summoned/Advents) effect resolves ] can also be activated.

2) If you activated the Burst of The IronHero Saigord-Golem, since there is no Spirit for you to reference the cost, you can't discard cards from opposing deck, and can't summon Saigord-Golem.

3) Bursts that are flipped face-up due to Satori Monkey can still be activated via this Spirit's Lv2-3 effect.
