This card is banned.

The name, art, and effect referenced the incident happened in the first two eps of Battle Spirits Shounen Toppa Bashin. Out of pure coincidence, Toppa picked up Gowsilvia which was discarded by the others from the ground. He decided to prove that every card shines if the player knows how to use it and put it in his Red deck without thinking much. In the battle with J Sawaragi that happened next, he used Gowsilvia but it was destroyed after J used Defensive Aura. Losing the battle, he commented that "the card one picks up (from the ground) is weak after all." The "Cost 6 or less" condition of this card's effect comes exactly from how Gowsilvia is Cost 6.

While the name of the card was a comment on the card being weak, the effect of the card is ironically very strong, especially for the fact that with a low cost and self-retrieval ability, it allows every deck of every color to have a trash retrieval that covers powerful Cost 5 or 6 Spirits which can largely contribute to winning a game. It was eventually banned as a limit is meaningless.
