Rulings
1) The Rush effect of this Spirit is also activated when itself attacks/blocks. 2) When activating your Spirit's (When Blocks) effects at the timing of (When Attacks) via this Spirit's effect, those effects can't be negated by The FlowerQueen Cattleya's effect, as those aren't actually "changed" to (When Attacks) effects.

Extra Information
The first Armored Dragon family X-Rare, 24 sets after the family's debut in BS01. The first card with Rush that doesn't work if you only have one symbol of that designated color.
