Soar is a keyword which debuted in BS35. However, not a single spirit possesses it yet, the only way to obtain it is through The RoosterTwelveGodKing Gale-Phoenix. This keyword has the following text: ◾ Soar - (When Attacks) When the battle ends, by paying one cost, this spirit is refreshed. (The opponent can block with exhausted Spirits/Ultimates).
