Extra Information

1) If your Spirit is summoned by an opposing effect (e.g. The Ninth's Clown Chinchilla), you're the one paying the cost. 2) While this Spirit's second effect is active, even if your Hand is unaffected by opposing effects, you still need to pay one extra cost, as the effect targets the players, not the cards. 3) While this Spirit's second effect is active, and you have an effect that can summon Spirits/Braves without paying the cost, you can choose not to pay the one cost and hence not activating the card-summoning effect. 4) This Spirit's second effect also applies to Burst summons. If the Burst effect involves effects other than the summon itself, if you choose not to pay the cost to summon, you can still activate the rest of the effects, and send the card to the Trash after those effects resolve. 5) When multiple Spirits/Braves are summoned at a time, only one extra cost in total needs to be paid.
