| SD70, entitled Collab Starter: Persona 3 Reload (コラボスターター ペルソナ3 リロード?), is a starter/mega deck introduced towards the end of the Contract Saga: True. The set was released on February 22, 2025, together with the collaboration booster set, CB33.
It is a pre-made deck dedicated to the first collaboration with the popular Persona series, a new genre of collaboration that the game had never had. Protagonist, Yukari Takeba, Junpei Iori, and other characters from the Gekkoukan High School are introduced to the game together with their Persona. Reprinted replacement cards that go well with the deck are included as Campaign Cards. Same as the recent Mega decks, a Bonus Pack was included inside, and player could obtain one random new card in this SD with Secret Design there.
The set includes 16 + 2 cards. Among them are 8 Commons, 4 Rares, 2 Master Rares, 1 X-Rare, 1 Contract X-Rare, and 2 Campaign Promos. Aside from a 40-card deck + 4 Campaign cards, it also comes with 50 card sleeves, 30 cores, 1 Soul Core, 1 play sheet, and 1 Bonus Pack.
