Rulings

1) While this Nexus' Grand Field is active, even if the opponent controls any Spirit that requires the player to pay extra cost during effect summons, e.g. Godseeker LibrarianDoll †Lena†, you don't have to pay that extra cost. 2) While this Nexus' Grand Field is active, even if the opponent controls any Spirit with an effect that states: "can't summon any Spirit card/Brave card without paying the cost other than by Burst effect", e.g. Godseeker-Negasbok, you can summon Spirit cards without paying the cost via your "Diva" family Spirits' effects like On Stage, as effects of every opposing Spirit can't activate until your summon is completed. 3) If you're under the influence of a "can't summon" effect that lasts for a specified duration, e.g. during this turn, until the next opposing end step etc., you can't summon Spirit cards via your "Diva" family Spirits' effects as those effects are already resolved and can't be negated. 4) While this Nexus' Grand Field is active, if the opponent controls any Spirit with an effect that states: The (When Summoned) effects of Spirits can't activate, you can't activate the effect of the Spirit card you summoned via your "Diva" family Spirits' effect, as this Nexus' Grand Field only lasts till the summon is completed, but not other effects related to the summon are resolved.
