Persona (ペルソナ) is a family debuted in CB33 and SD70, and is the major family from the Persona collaboration series.
The name of the family comes from the term of the same name used in the game, which is considered a manifestation of a Persona user's personality. A Persona is similar to a Shadow, but tamed and trained. It can evolve to become stronger when a Persona user takes up a resolution.
In the game, the various Personas of the Persona users and their various forms, the theurgies used by the Persona users with their Personas, and a mix of the two, are categorized in the family. Hence, it covers Spirits, Contract Spirits, Nexuses, and Magics. As Personas are summoned by the Persona users via a trigger and act as their agent to fight, it is largely represented by Contract Advent in the game. There are also ones like Fuuka's, which do not directly participate in fight, and supports the field as Mirage/Nexus.
