| PC04, titled Battle Spirits Premium Card Set Ultraman: The New Light (バトスピプレミアムカードセット ウルトラマン 新たな光), was a Premium Card Set sold in normal card shops or though online from 15th July, 2023.
The set centers around the Ultraman franchise, and includes brand-new supporting cards for various Ultraman collaboration decks including the Blue Ultraman deck, New Generation Ultraman deck, Trigger & Tiga deck and Zett deck. Ultraman Decker, and he new Ultraman that is yet to have its show aired, Ultraman Blazar, would also be included. All the cards in the set are foiled with X-rare relief.
The set includes eight different cards and one of each. They come with a folder holding them. The selling price is raised by 100 yen from 1600 yen to 1700 yen when compared to the previous PCs.
