Introduction
PB18, entitled Collaboration Starter: Ultraman - Giants of Light (コラボスターター【光の巨人たち】) is a Blue Starter deck, released as a promotional premium item. This is the third collaboration starter deck, but the first Ultraman starter. Pre-orders were open from September 14th to October 18th for the first wave, then a second wave on an extended period until October 22nd. The first wave was mailed on December 4th, while the second wave was mailed December 11th. It included a total of 17 cards: 3 C, 4 R, 1 M, 9 X-Rares.
