Mahiru Hinobori (陽昇 マヒル) is a character in the anime and manga series Battle Spirits Heroes
Appearance[]
He has dark blue eyes and brown hair, which comes up to a point in front (a trait Hajime inherited). He wears a blue Hawaiian-style shirt, brown shorts, and a white jacket. He has a pair of green sunglasses worn on his head, but not over his eyes.
Personality[]
Mahiru is very in love with his wife, whom she calls Honey, and displays so openly. He is also very devoted to making Hajime happy.
Biography[]
Mahiru is the father of Hajime Hinobori, and is happily married to his wife, Akari. To fulfill Hajime's dream of seeing real spirits, he and Akari developed a special battle field.
The two went on a business trip to Germany, leaving Hajime in the care of Denjiro Tatsumi, another scientist who was helping develop the system. There, they developed even more improvements to the field, which were revealed during the national tournament of the Hero Championship.
In an exhibition match, he battles against the champion, Arata Yakushiji, using a deck just like Hajime's. He loses the match.

- He shares a seiyuu with Number Nine from Battle Spirits Shounen Toppa Bashin, Ultimate-Siegwurm-Nova from Battle Spirits Saikyo Ginga Ultimate Zero and Heliostom from Battle Spirits Shounen Gekiha Dan. This is the second time Taiten Kusonaki has played the husband of a character voiced by Mie Sonozaki.
