Inspector Wanwan (ワンワン警部) is a character in the anime and manga series Saikyo Ginga Ultimate Zero Battle Spirits.
Appearance[]
He is a humanoid-dog or possibly a dog-like man, dressed in a police uniform. It consists of a white shirt, red tie, blue jacket and tan pants. He also wears a collar.
Personality[]
He acts like a righteous detective, interested in catching the criminal. But in fact, he's a Magical Star Saki fan who would commit crimes himself to have her goods. He tends to say "woof" a lot.
Biography[]
Wanwan appeared to arrest Watari, when he was suspected of stealing a rare Magical Star photo from a museum. The Triumvirate requested help to prove Watari's innocence, so Rei challenged Wanwan to a battle, becoming Zero the Glint. When it was revealed that there was more than one photo, Wanwan was shocked. Rikuto believed that this was because he was the real thief. As evidence, Glint's cameras recorded his face.
After the battle, Wanwan was arrested, and remained in jail for the duration of the series.
