Holies (
While the kanji's literal meaning is "true saint", the furigana reads "Holies (ホーリーズ)". In the lore, "真聖" seems to be their proper name, while "Holies" is what they call themselves. Ultimates in the Holies family are actually Incarnate (新生) Ultimates that are cornered by the Evil Gods so that they were forced to retreat to The Last Paradise, La-Gita. Probably for that reason, the kanji name, 真聖 (しんせい), reads exactly the same as 新生 (しんせい).
They have been fighting against the Evil Gods for millennium, and are depicted as what opposed to the Evil Gods. When compared to Evil God's themes, the Ultimates in the family take on the four colors that are commonly associated with nature and the holy image. Ultimates in the family all have names starting with "Extreme (極)", "Heaven (天)", "Holy (聖)", and "Prime (至)" respectively for the four colors: Green, White, Yellow and Blue. As opposed to the four demon lords (四魔卿) in the Evil God army, there are three Ultimates called the "Tri-Extreme Dukes (三極公)" among the Holies, having a namesake just like the Tri-Dragon Deities (三龍神) in the past. They are all Master Rare Ultimates in the three colors, White, Yellow and Blue. In order to defeat the Evil Gods once and for all, they used all they have to create an ultimate weapon, The Extreme Partner, Zetter. The family is hence essentially a supporting family to the Extreme Contract family.
Just like their opponent which revolves entirely around Ultimates without Spirits, Holies' deck, and essentially the Extreme Contract deck also tends to run only Ultimates and no Spirits. As a signature trait, a part of the Ultimates in the family has a new summon condition that requires the player to control no Spirits and have no Spirit cards in Trash (e.g. The ExtremeHarvestCow Yakushin)
