Extra Information

1) For Hyper Clock Up, you need to pay the three costs when you declare the use of the Flash effect.

2) While Hyper Clock Up is active, you only pay three extra costs upon the usage/activation of the Flash effect, but not every step of the Flash effect. (E.g. For a Flash effect that includes "Then, pay one cost to summon XXX", you don't need to pay three costs again when summoning the XXX.)

3) Hyper Clock Up's cost-paying effect is a player-targeting effect that can't be guarded by immunities. Spirits/Grandwalker Nexuses' immunities and "Hand is unaffected" effect also don't work against it.
