Summary[]
Rei later met with an old friend, Tohno. Because Tohno lost a battle to Basilla of the Seven Galaxy Generals, he lost the blue handle which controlled the water on his home of planet Faucet. Tohno was on the planet to get Ultimate Siegfrieden but Rei beat him to it. Once again he have a chance to battle Basilla, risking the another handle of his planet, He then lost after that.
