Rulings/Restrictions 1. While this Nexus's Grand Mystery is active, the opponent can still activate Burst with the condition "After your opponent increases their Hand by their effects", as it's a condition, not an effect.

2. While this Nexus's Grand Mystery is active, the oppoennt can't draw with Mirage effects like that of The PanzerBuild Wiesel's, as the Grand Mystery is not a card-targeting effect, but a player-targeting effect.
