Empress Arcana (女帝) is a family debuted in CB33, and is a category of Persona and Shadow in the Persona series which referenced the major arcana with the same name in Tarot cards, sharing the same motif as The OracleTwentyOnePillars III The Empress. The Empress Arcana is the 3rd major arcana, and a symbol of mothers, prosperity, creativity, sexuality, abundance, fertility, protection, and comfort. Personas of the Empress Arcana commonly excel in ice-based attacks with healing powers, and are in general important female figures in history or mythology, like Artemisia.
In P3R collaboration, it is primarily owned by Kirijo Mitsuru and her Personas.
