Introduction
BSC45, entitled Dream Booster: Revolving Light (ドリームブースター 巡るヒカリ), is a supplementary set that was released on Sep 28th, 2023. Continuing from BSC42, it is a booster designed specifically for players to enjoy Draft Battles and Sealed Battles, while also allowing players to use the cards with the new main sets of the year. Unlike last set where a lot of cards were close to vanilla cards, it was mentioned in the producer letter that cards in this set would step up in power, so as to allow players to use them more outside Drafting/Sealed battles. When playing Draft Battles and Sealed Battles with the set, players can form a deck of with a minimum 30 cards, instead of 40 like what the normal format requires the players to. For Sealed Battles, each player opens five packs of cards and chooses 30 or more cards among them to build a deck. For Draft Battles, after opening a pack, the cards will be cycled among a few players, and each player would pick one card from among it before passing on to the next player in order until all decks are formed. Since one box of the set comes with 10 packs, and 1 pack comes with 9 cards, it is a perfect fit for two persons to do a Sealed Battle and three persons to do a Draft Battle. Celebrating the 15th anniversary of the anime, Battle Spirits Shounen Gekiha Dan, cards covered in the set are all remakes of cards from Gekiha Dan Era. Just like last set (BSC42), all the cards kept their English names and their old frames. "LT", which stands for "Limited", is added to the back of their card names to separate them from their Original versions and Revival versions. Instead of X-Rares like last set, six X-rares from the Gekiha era, the aces of the bearer of core lights, are remade into XV-Rare cards, to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the anime, like the XV-Rares in Contract Saga: Realm. To support the two special modes of playing, a lot of cards in the set are printed with six-color reduction symbol () like last set. Such reduction symbols are automatically treated as reduction symbols of all six colors. Paper sheets of cores also come with the set so that players can play with this set without even needing to buy extra cores. BOX Purchase Campaign cards would be the signature cards of the six bearers of core light. It contains a total of 108 different cards. Among them are: 60 Commons, 30 Rares, 12 Master Rares, and 6 XV-Rares. Each pack costs 330 yen and each box costs 3300 yen.
