Introduction
BS69, entitled Contract Saga: True Volume 2 – The Primordial Invasion (契約編:真 第2章 原初の襲来, Keiyaku-hen: Shin Dai-nishō: genshou no shūrai), is the sixty ninth set of the trading card game, and the second set of the Contract Saga: True era. It was released in Japan on July 27th, 2024. Continuing from last set, three new Contract Grandwalker Nexuses: Gaia, Hermes, and Huracan are introduced in this set. They are in the colors: Red, Green, Blue respectively, and come from three different factions: Primordial (原初), Olym, and Vulrica. Primordial refers to the first generation Olym Grandwalkers which called themselves the "primordial deities" in the lore, and are in the enemy position of this era's lore. NX-Rare that serves as versatile supports for their respective colors are also included like BS68. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of Keroro, there would be Secret version of cards introduced in this set using newly drawn art of Keroro characters by the original designer of Keroro. The cards are mainly from Hermes' card pool (The SwiftContractor Hermes, for example, will be having Keroro's art), and in addition to a totally different art, they also come with unique frames and their own names. However, they are still regarded as the same card in game as their normal versions, so you can only have a total of three copies in deck even if one of them is in Keroro art while one is the original. Revival version of Kerorodragon and a newly designed Keroro Dragon by the original designer would come as BOX CP, and players would get either one in a box. The set contains a total of 105 cards: 60 Commons, 18 Rares, 12 Master Rares, 9 X-Rares, 3 Contract X-Rares, and 3 NX-Rares. 27 cards come with parallel version, and there are a total of 15 collaboration cards.
