Introduction
BS65, entitled Contract Saga: Realm Volume 2 - Ultimation of Fight (契約編：界 第2章：極争, Keiyaku-hen: Kai Dai-nishō: kyoku-sou), is the sixty fifth set of the trading card game, and the second set in the Contract Saga: Realm era. Same as BS64, the title of this set was created to pay tribute to the naming method of the first nine sets in game (Two-worded Kanji). Continuing from last set, three new Contract Spirits in Purple, Yellow, Blue colors that work well with Braves are introduced in the set. A new Contract Ultimate, focusing around Ultimate Triggers, also comes in the set, celebrating the 10th anniversary of Saikyo Ginga Ultimate Zero Battle Spirits. Apart from the new decks, support cards for the three Contract decks introduced in BS64 are also included. Like last set, this set introduces another five XV Rares to the game, all with parallel arts drawn by different illustrators that have never drawn for Battle Spirits. As a part of the 15th Anniversary Campaign, each BOX of BS65 would come with a pack of sleeves using eyecatch designs from the anime: Saikyo Ginga Ultimate Zero Battle Spirits (20 pc). The ArcAngelia Mikafar XV is featured at the center of the package design and poster, as a reference to BS02's design. This set was released in Japan on Aug 26th, 2023. The set contains a total of 108 cards: 60 Commons, 18 Rares, 12 Master Rares, 4 Contract X Rares, 9 X-Rares, 5 XV-Rares. With 4 Contract decks this time, the number of cards with parallel art is increased to 27 from 20 last set.
