Antony Starck (アントニー・スタルク) is a character in the anime and manga series Battle Spirits Heroes
Appearance[]
He has short blond hair, with a long bang in front of his face. He wears a pink dressy shirt with a bow, under a maroon vest, and white pants.
Personality[]
He's narcissistic and likes to flaunt his beauty. He makes flashy entrances, and hands out photos of himself. Otherwise, he is generally a nice person, and tries to help the younger card battlers.
Biography[]
Antony is the European champion, and number two player. He has a pet bird, Solaris. He battled against the world champion, Arata, and was defeated.
He appeared again at a hot springs. Not being Japanese, he wasn't used to it, and overheated. Afterwards, he explained to Hajime and Kobushi that although they were eliminated, they still had a chance to compete if they had High Ranker Passes. He then had Solaris hide a new red X-rare, The KatanaHero Musashied-Ashliger, for the card battlers there to find. The winner would get to keep it. Tegamaru found it, and battled Antony to test it out.

He's been likened to Clackey Ray, due to his personality and popularity with the ladies, in canon.
Might be a reference to the equally narcissistic American superhero Anthony Edward Stark, more commonly known as Iron Man.
