Rulings

1) When you deploy a "Kamen" family Nexus card during Main Step normally, since it is counted as "using the card", this card's Mirage effect can fulfill its reduction symbol. However, if you are deploying the Nexus card via an effect, it isn't counted as "using" the card, and you can't fulfill its reduction symbol with the Mirage effect.

2) When you're using Chou Henshin, as Decade doesn't specify the keyword, his Mirage effect can't fulfill reductions for Chou Henshin.
